Nutrition Program

Whether you want to lose weight or just learn to eat healthier, our nutrition program is designed to help you obtain your goals. During the eight week program you will meet with our nutritional counselor who will work with you on lifestyle changes and your individual needs.

Physical Therapy Transition

You can continue the program you learned in physical therapy and build your health and fitness with our individualized personal training program and annual membership. Your personal trainer will begin your program right where your physical therapy program left off to help you continue to get stronger and achieve maximum results in a minimum amount of time.

Personal Training

The SCAR conditioning programs are personalized to your individual needs and desires. You will begin your program with a thorough assessment that includes:

  • Flexibility
  • Strength
  • Agility
  • Endurance
  • Balance
Metabolic Assessments

Metabolic assessments will give you the exact amount of energy your body is using at rest and during exercise. They can also give you your overall fitness level baseline Because every person is different, exact numbers can help maximize your exercise training program.

Pilates

Pilates conditioning promotes the health and welness of the mind and body in people of all ages, fitness levels, and body types. Pilates will provide a full body workout that is as mentally refreshing as it is physically challenging. Developed by Joseph Pilates, it is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Borrowing from some of the principles of yoga, like dynamic tension, the Pilates program revolutionized the field of physical rehabilitation and it was soon after that Joseph Pilates realized his techniques could be used by anyone looking to build strength and improve flexibility.

Pilates is one of the most popular forms of exercise in the US today. It seems like everyone is either doing Pilates, or interested in starting a Pilates program. One of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, and people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation.

Are you ready to change your body?
