TRX Suspension Training Class TRX group class

Come learn new ways to challenge every part of your body in functional ways that produce results! This 45 minute class  is taught by Leo in the afternoon and Sarah in the evening. It is FREE to members. Sign up today to secure your spot!

Pilates Group Mat Class

Elizabeth is teaching Pilates Group Mat Classes for all ages and abilities.

When: Tuesdays 9:00-10:00 am, and Mondays 7:15 - 8:15 pm

Join Our Stretch class!

Leo will take you through a full body active stretch using both the stretch out strap and the TRX. Learn how to stretch all muscles so that you can move and exercise to your fullest potential.

When: 10:00-11:00 am Thursdays

TRX Suspension Classes, Stretch Classes and Mat Pilates Classes are FREE to SCAR Members.

Speed and Agility Training I (ages 11 - 13)

When: Thursdays 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM

Speed and Agility Training II (ages 14 -17)

Designed to improve:

Plyo box

- First step quickness

- Agility

- Top-end speed

- Strength and explosiveness

When: Tuesdays 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM

Two sessions available: June 15 - July 6 and July 20 - August 10   

Runner's Workshop (ages 18+)

We will train you to run more efficiently through runner specific drills as well as functional strength and flexibility exercises. 

When: Wednesdays 6:30 PM - 7:15 PMrunner

Two sessions available:

June 16 - July 7 and July 21 - August 11
