TRX Suspension Training Class 
Come learn new ways to challenge every part of your body in functional ways that produce results! The class is taught by Leo in the afternoon, Sarah in the evening, and Billy on Saturdays. This class lasts for one hour. Sign up today to secure your spot!

Join Our Stretch Class!
Leo will take you through a full body active stretch using both the stretch out strap and the TRX. Learn how to stretch all muscles so that you can move and exercise to your fullest potential.
