Athletic Training Memberships
Athletic Training

For Student Athletes
If your goal is to build strength, increase speed, improve your fitness, and play injury free, then the Athletic Training Membership is the perfect program for you. This specially priced membership is available to student athletes who are in middle school, high school and college or are performing at the professional level. The program includes the following services: 

  • A functional evaluation on the first visit
  • An individualized program designed to decrease injury risk by increasing functional strength and flexibility
  • Full access to the gym
  • Unlimited access to Certified Athletic Trainers for consultation and treatment

Treatments include manual techniques such as Strain Counterstrain and Myofascial Release. Taping or bracing are available as needed as well as ice, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and heat.

 

Athletic TrainingDance Healthy
Ankle, foot, knee, and low back injuries are very common among dancers. Many of these injuries are preventable with proper conditioning and can be managed with specific exercise and treatment regimens. The dance healthy program is designed to provide dancers access to a Certified Athletic Trainer for the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries.

 

 

 

A membership to the dance healthy program includes the following services:

  • A dance specific functional screen
  • An individualized injury prevention program
  • Full gym access 
  • Unlimited access to Certified Athletic Trainers for injury consultation and treatment

Sport Specific Training

Sports Conditioning and Injury Prevention Programs (SCIP)
Have you ever had to stop your exercise or training program due to joint pain or injury? Most of us have at one time or another. There is some good news though. You can decrease your risk of injury and joint pain with a specific program consisting of a functional and core training consisting of stretching, strengthening, and balance exercises. And...when you do have that ache or pain you will have unlimited access to our sports medicine expert for evaluation and treatment as needed.

If you are trying to take your game to the next level or just stay in the game longer, we can design and individualized program to improve your core stability and enhance performance in any sport. Individual or group rates are available. This program includes a functional screen, an individualized program, and a gym membership.

Our onsite training programs are designed to improve performance and prevent injury by developing coordination, quickness, strength, and explosiveness. Speed is also improved through instruction and training in proper running/sprinting technique.
